Customize Patient Care Activity

If you have the necessary access permissions, you can set up a custom view on individual workstations.

Configuration is accessible from the Options/Settings () icon > Patient Care Activity Options window.

Field Description
Include Record Types

Press Ctrl and select each record type you want included in your custom view.

Note: The records included in this list are not based on Record# numerical order. They are based on your user level and are set up by your axiUm administrator, and some may not be present.

Select the radio button to enable the text box and enter the number of previous months’ data that should display.

Between ___ and ____

Select the radio button to enable the date drop-downs and enter the start and end dates that data displays within.

List all planned treatments

Select the checkbox to display all planned treatments regardless of date entered.

Note: This field is only enabled if Planned Treatment is selected from the Include Record Types list.
